There is no denying that butter chicken is an all-time favourite classic that everyone loves. This vegan butter chicken is exceptional with golden baked tofu simmered in a lusciously creamy curry sauce.
Beautifully roasted eggplants simmered in a strong and delicious blend of Indian spices. This brinjal curry is intense and mysterious – I’m not too invested in astrology but I feel like curry gives off Scorpio vibes!
Everything we could ask for in a curry is here with this vegan spinach palak paneer. It’s full of flavour, delicious and incredibly healthy. Sauteed marinated tofu is used to mimic traditional paneer.
