Ingredients

Classic Oatmeal Balls

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup instant oats

  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • Sprinkle of salt

Coconut Oatmeal Balls

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Banana & Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Cacao Oatmeal Balls

Apple & Cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp dried apple slices, chopped

Directions

  2. If making the classic version only then cover the bowl and refrigerate for around 15 minutes.
  3. Otherwise to incorporate other flavours then divide the mixture into 4 separate bowls. Add in the ingredients for your desired flavour (coconut, banana & peanut butter, cacao or apple & cinnamon) and mix. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Roll the mixture into 3cm balls*. Best served immediately or cover in a container for the next day!

Notes

*Add more almond butter if the mixture is dry and add more instant oats if the mixture is too sticky.
